Hello I am PG and) 5 months after work one hour and 15 minutes from my house (driving in the mountains. I break my lease because of job loss? I live in Southern California. Where can I find information about this and how shuold I go to my house?

No, he can. Perhaps you could talk with the owner and see if it will be beside himself.
But the only way to break a lease because of domestic violence, or if the rental conditions are violated in any way, to. And sometimes, when the city life becomes unbearable because of the neighbors and made no objection.

No, not if you talk to the landlord and asked to be let out of the lease reprocussions I (the written and notarized).

I tried to rent an apartment last summer to leave for medical problems and still not let me out (the air conditioning is not working and was always sick, in Q1, and I am usually) a cold climate, so that the chances slim for a holiday home for a healthy pregnancy are unique.

Try not to sound too harsh, but what happens in the minds of the owners is the "trip went well, until now, what's the difference?" And rightly so, most likely. Sorry, Hun.

Edit: Juc curious, you say that the work of one hour and 15 minutes from home ... But why do you break a lease because of job loss? Will you draw?
